You mean the Key problem? yes that is fixed
if you mean the DRM in the Record application sorry that no, someone needs to "hack" it!

scv3 is great, the only thing is that my kids watch tv using an app called Movistar+ (netflix style but for spanish channels) and because it crash with this firmware I would like to go back to my previous M0_105. is it possible? just reflashing the original 105 over the scv3? if not, is there any way to fix it?

yes you can always go back to stock rom!

I also am in need for the HDCP key I am on 101mo the ota doesnt work the SEA when I am shutting it off it keeps powering on by it self I have downlaod 105mo 32gb version I jusy need the HDCP key file in (.bin)

Yes you can update just fine over the one in the rom!
