hi i am having a right job finding android 5.1.1 firmware for this box, it is meant to be a m8s+, however the firmware i have tried it complains saying its a m201
any ideas what it is and where i can find the right software

Think that's a clone. Just sent a 'M8S' back to company from **** that turned out to be a MXQ inside. Do a google search and see if there's any pictures to compare it to but I think you might come up short as that board looks like the one I had in the one I sent back. I could only tell as I saw the WIFI chip wasn't what it should've been.
