kodi/bmc won't play links

If I search for any movie or tv item when I get the links its seems like a few links start to play (the play triangle appears and the "working" icon appears) for a few seconds and then disappears?

Is there something that I need to do to fix this, besides debrid?

Also the latest kodi update xanax is asking for adult password?
