What cable for AV port?

What cables work in the AV ports on these boxes?

Is it a composite out? (video and stereo audio) or is it component (RGB) and spdif audio?

IM still having issues with a box and im not sure if its the video out or what its doing.

I get the boot screen "MX10 pro 6K" then it goes black and im not sure if its switching to the AV port or what its doing.
