    CyanogenMod 10

    Hi,

this rom is based on the work of rainlake (thanks), this rom wasn't really finished, and not much was happening, so I forked this and started cleaning things up and getting it to the point I wanted.

This rom is using a custom partition table so erase your nand first, data partition is removed, one big userdata is used as seen on modern android phones, this means internal storage is only accessible with mtp, mass storage will only show external sd card.

CWM is flashed to recovery, reboot to recovery for access.

It has the regular cyanogenmod features with,
    Rockchip Settings,
Navbar buttons for vol up/down and power (long press for power menu),
    Ethernet support.

Kernel will default to 1080p if available otherwise use the next available resolution.

Just extract and run rkflashtool, erase idb and then run to flash.
It will boot CWM the first time, choose reboot and just wait. It will also reboot the first time when creating filesystem on empty partitions.

Direct any bugreports and/or feature requests to me, i'll keep developing this if any interest exists/or until I lose interest

Source will be available at the following adress when I have the time to upload, only device, vendor and kernel is available right now,
fldc has 6 repositories available. Follow their code on GitHub.

How Stable is this CWM on the mk808? I have CM10 on my touchpad and it works brilliantly.

There is really no bigger problems at all actually.

Nice to see someone pick back up the work on the CM10 ROM. I will try it this weekend and check it out!

            Thanks,
            Bob

I haven't discovered any problems, just tell me if anything should not work.

I know nothing about the mk808b, what are the hardware differencies? I could surely make it work if i just know what's changed.

fldc, if your google drive gets overwelmed or if you like, I can host the ROM for you here and give you a link.

I don't know how much traffic they allow, but a mirror is always good, i'll probably update the rom quite often until it gets to good state though. Thanks

Can you compile kernels? If not I do not think you will be able to port the CM10 system using a MK808B stock JB kernel. I tried that on the MK808 and it would not boot. You need the CM10 kernel recompiled with MK808B wifi drivers etc. Well unless the they are already in the current CM10 kernel, but I doubt it.

Since users have a MK808B stock ROM, I would say just flash this CM10 to the 808B and see if it works. I would try it but I do not have a 808B.

I have no problems working with kernels or porting features to it, the kernel in this rom is compiled from source at build time, nothing is precompiled, so that's not a problem, what wifi/bt-chip is it using?
