The Heartbleed Bug - Linux advisory (unofficial and best effort recommendation from Linuxium).

If you are running an *buntu RFS as a front-facing system (i.e. accessible from the internet and using OpenSSL encryption) then please run 'aptitude update' and 'aptitude upgrade' and to make sure follow by an 'update-manager' to be certain that you update your 'openssl' package. Also be aware that *buntu 14.04 'Tasty Tahr' is now 'frozen' prior to official release so I'm not sure that 'OpenSSL1.0.1f' is sufficient or will get upgraded until the official release. Therefore check and understand any implications (i.e. perform your own risk assessment).

As a Linux (or any) user you will still be susceptible to any website with an unpatched vulnerability. Try the site you want to access on http://filippo.io/Heartbleed/ to get an initial indication of risk.
