Linux on **** "Android 4.2 HD 3D TV Smart Box A20" player

Hi, I would like to have small ARM servers with Linux. I want Ethernet (RJ-45).

I do not need 3D acceleration. I must have working SD card reader, USB and Ethernet. WiFi support will be great bonus.

I found cheap (only $46) device
Android 4.2 HD 3D TV Smart Box A20 on ****. It has dual-core A20 @1.5GHz CPU, 1GB DDR3 RAM and 4GB internal flash. Hardware looks great for me.

But I can't find any information about this Android player.
I found these https://romanrm.net/a10/debian instructions. On this web is universal Debian image for A20, but I must use device specific bootloader http://dl.linux-sunxi.org/users/amery/sunxi-3.0/latest/
Where is possible to get bootloader?

I do not want Android, I need to have Linux (Debian, Ububtu, Fedora,...). I preffer Debian and Ubuntu.

Or you can recommend to me any other Linux-supported Android player with Ethernet with price about $50 (cheaper is better)?

Link is to page "Rikomagic MK802IV 8GB", but this device has RK3188 CPU and not have Ethernet.

cubieboard2 have great allwinner A20 support, updated kernels, and ready to use os images as cubieez.. so if cpu and peripheral pinout are based on cubieboard2 and clones (look @ iteads ibox) schematics, you can boot and install images from day one... if not, then some research has to be done... so, buy it, open it and the upload some hi res pictures and dmesg dumps

        Esteban.
