    Ubuntu on RK3188

    Please see http://www.cnx-software.com/2013/06/...agic-mk802-iv/ where full instructions including links to download the various files are posted so you should be set to take Ubuntu out for a spin – please note it is my first development cut and not everything will be working.

      Now it's time to install ubuntu, try XBMC and see if video stuttering is still present!

        I did what it said at the link did not work for me.

        I flashed my recovery on my MK908 and install what it said on a 16GB SD card. Went to reboot recovery and it just stays a blank screen.

        Unplug the power and back in and back to Android.

        Be nice for Ubuntu to work on this 4 Core 2GB RAM one.
