USB 2.0 10/100Mbps RJ45 LAN Ethernet Adapter that works on MK802IV with Debian
Hi,
Can anybody recommend a USB 2.0 10/100Mbps RJ45 LAN Ethernet Adapter that works on MK802IV with Debian? I want to use the device to host my website.
The one you mention - I don't have exactly that one, but have 2 others which look similar - one is with DM9601 chip and is USB1.0 - very bad, other one is with QF9700 which is also quite buggy. The problem is not with devices, but with linux drivers.
This gigabit adapter works for me in both Android and Debian/Ubuntu using the ASIX AX88178 Chipset It will max out the USB 2.0 hub available bandwidth.
