          You can download full SDK (kernel w/ drivers, tools, samples...) for my STB here:
          https://mega.co.nz/#F!QJ0ygSLb!biEknQWvKnAjsnquibzkLQ

          Source driver (MXL603 and AV2011) only for check because is for other kernel but I think is the same files:

                # define DVB_API_VERSION 5
                #define DVB_API_VERSION_MINOR 10
                your kernel has linux dvbapi 5.10. You can use compiled for android rk3288 and s812 tvheadend.

                I think that your kernel image has dvbtuner driver. but tvheadend need to dvb modules (avl6211.ko and etc). thus you recompile android kernel and change your kernel config y to m
                first you must be find your kernel .config. after compile new kernel and modules. add stock firmware new kernel-boot.img and modules. after tvheadend can see your tuner.

                What is your box name. where you buy it ?

                  Yes KERNEL have dvbtuner driver, if you checked KERNEL source code you can see this driver is modded to work with Hisilicon hardware and all tuner drivers is compiled in 1 module named hi_tuner.ko.
                  The KERNEL not have dvb driver to work with DVBUSB, need convert hisilicon dvb driver to work with dvbapi.
                  Please check driver in KERNEL source you will understand best.
