If so... does anyone have a backup pre-loaded with all the goodies? :P

I can make you a 2 click install routine for your windows version if you want? No offence but your windows install has too many steps in it when a two click solution is possible so that anyone can have a fully customised Gotham install.

We could do that as well, but we just wanted one zip file that worked on multiple platforms, only 2 steps really install gotham - unzip our xbmc - done.
