Update Firmware - Himedia Q10 Pro with firmware 2.0.0

I have a Himedia Q10 Pro with firmware 2.0.0 - I am trying to upgrade to a present version.
I have downloaded updates "a dozen and 1 times" but at the end of the 5 minute re-boot update process, I still have version 2.0.0
I have tried the upgrade from the of position with reset button
also tried upgrade in system upgrades live.
Can you "Please" direct to the correct update. Following is tech info on my box.

Thanks trebor for quick responses. Yes as stated in my post use both methods to the letter. I think the problem is the incorrect 'update' zip.
Different sites refer to International version and a Chinese version,
I assume mine is Chinese version box. as it was purchased in Thailand.
Originally upgraded successfully on first attempt, from I think it was from Android 5
Also I think I would need to go in stages to latest firmware so from 2-0-0 to ?

also how do I know if I have the international version or the Chinese version - does it refer to box language being Chinese or English.

Maybe supply the serial number to Himedai to be sure your version but I feel that is only to do with content and Language.

Managed to get it to 2.0.8 But cannot find a higher Firmware for the Q10 Pro
Do you know if this is the maximum ? Firmware for that model

Only from what you can see on Himedia or Futeko site so far

Keep an eye on them both things happen quickly.
