    Windows 8.1 Bing Editon License Issue

    Hello all,

    Over my Contact in China I got the Info that Minix and Mele have some License Issue
    with Microsoft Windows 8.1.

    All has a License at the Moment but seems they need to pay Microsoft and more than they expected.
    Will keep you updated on this.

        Ha, thankfully the Z64A is able to be converted to Windows and costs less so no extra $ on a license thats up in the air for me =D

          At a guess, I would speculate that it has something to do with the definitions specified for OEM's where the device is supposed to be a tablet with a certain screen size to qualify for the heavy discounting.

            I dont get it. This means the current activated licenses goes invalid? Or does that only affect new devices?
