BTW i cant' make recover or reset to win 8.1 is this normal on this box? when it need to restart the tv box torn off.

No not normal.....maybe get confused when Win10 update fail.

You will need to create a Win8.1 boot USB.
USB stick 8gb or bigger
Find Win8.1 ISO
Rufus to create boot disk
Google should find for you
Boot of USB then go to repair to fix Win8.1

When Box working 100% then try again Win10 update again

i bro' when I try to boot by pressing ESC the tv box is on when is restart but I get only black screen without the boot menu.
what to do?
