Hi, i think i have a broadcom ap6234 WiFi and BT Verison .. i can find a working driver for win10 64bit :-(, can some on share a doubledriver dump or link to the working drivers.

Hello. I have a few problems with WINTEL W8 PRO Z8300.
I something touch in BIOS that now I have problem to start up W8 PRO (black srceen).
When I removed heat-sink from motherboard I broken small SMD (SMT) component.
Please help me, I need :

1. Download - working BIOS dump for WINTEL W8 PRO (32Bit orginal or 64bit) --> I order USB CHIP CH341A programmator
2. Help to detect which value and what kind of component is ---> see my pictures (arrow)
3. Screenshot motherboard to recognize color of SMD component ----> see my pictures



If that component capacitor there is guide to color show value (so I need screenshots of motherboard, or someone can tell me) :

Light grey body colour indicates a capacitance which is generally less than 100 pF.
Medium Grey colour indicates a capacitance anywhere from 10 pF to 10 nF.
Light brown colour indicates a capacitance in a range from 1 nF to 100 nF.
Medium brown colour indicates a capacitance in a range from 10 nF to 1 μF.
Dark brown colour indicates a capacitance from 100 nF to 10 μF.
Dark grey colour indicates a capacitance in the μF range, generally 0.5 to 50 μF

I recover my WINTEL W8 PRO Z8300 BIOS with USB programmator. Yeah.
Also I wonder but WINTEL W8 PRO Z8300 works ok without broken capacitor. Who cares !!

hi there, i have this mini computer with the 64 bits uefi bios (z8300 atom)... i want to install windows 10 or 8.1 32 bits because is come with windows 10 64 bits and is too heavy for the 2 gb of ram, so i want to flash the 32 bits bios to install a 32 bit OS... anyone have archive this in a secure form without bricking the device? best regards

Here is my mod.
Without mod TEMP was about 85-87 C, with mod 65-75 C.
Wifi signals is much better.
I add:
- cooling fan
- heatsink
- external WiFi/BT antena

Fan must off if windows went sleep.
Is there on motherboard any point (5V) when Windows went sleep that 5V is 0V?
I didnt find it, so I plug FAN 5V to micro USB (but fan always work except windows went shutdown).

thanks, but i am now trying to get the hardware working on Windows 8.1 64 bits... but cant find the drivers anywhere (for win 8.1 64)... 8.1 64 seems to run better tan 10

How it enable Archlinux (grub) bootloader as default? Always boot f.. windows loader. But.. windows not installed! Always need go to bios for boot grub. Formatted all internal disk and install only linux. UEFI Shell don't know bcfg command.

thanks for ur help ivota, but i have some debts about trying the conversion from 64 bits bios to a 32 one... my wintel pro is different than yours, its have rubber feets and the power button is all black.

i buy it on allyxpress, maybe is from another manufacturer company. your model come with a 64 bits bios and windows from the factory, then you recover the decive with a 32 bit one?? how you break it?

I tried to go from 32bit to 64bit using the Tronsmart ara x5 plus bios (Tronsmart X5 Plus BIOS_160128.rar). Result: Bricked device.
Maybe this firmware is only for 64bit devices already from factory, but not 32bit.

So going from 32bit to 64bit is a no-go. My device is Wintel W8 pro with rubber feet and black button. I have no hdmi output but the power LED is blue and lights on normally. USB power is there just no HDMI output. I will order a USB flash programmer and report back

what wintel do you have? W8 PRO or the CX-W8 PRO? wich Windows come from factory (32 or 64 bits)? how you break it before?
