Well one board revision does seem to support HD auio and another doesn't, so seems a fair question to see what revision is in this particular box.

Another question that came up on another forum.

There seems to be some form of IR receiver on the front and on the basis that no remote is supplied, does this indicate that conforms to Microsoft Consumer Infrared usage models (RC-6), so that it can be detected and used by such devices as the Logitech Harmony?

There is no info about it on the official Vorke site.

That I dont know that would be a good question for the Vorke people...
Remotes do not remotely interest me,

But send me a Harmony if you wish and and I will test if you like

The IR port can only be used with our customized remote , that`s why your Logitech Harmony doesn't work with it.

            Thanks for the quick response.

Do you know what it can work with as I'm guessing that it must have some functionality?

Yes I understand that but there must be a procedure to enable some form of remote to work as one is not supplied with the box.

Unless it's perhaps a feature that Vorke didn't implement and it's more cosmetic than functional.

                      Thanks.

That will explain things and we shall wait for an update as it would be a very useful function with devices that can detect and learn an IR code.

A Rep of Geekbuying should be using company Logo to advise that they are part of Geekbuying and not a normal user I think you will find.

Nice to have a active member again from Geekbuying on the Forum this will help users a lot with shipping and warranty issues that may arise.
