I need some help. about alfawise bios x5 z8350

I did a RESET of ME and now I can not go back, could someone tell how I do to return to normal the ME reset of mydo?
and I also need to know if you have a bios version of the newest alphawise x5 z8350? or if you have the bios version of it could post here please? it's just for that I did the RESETE DE ME and now I can not go back to normal, and I believe that to return to normal need a newer bios or the same of it that comes from manufactures of it ...
could someone help me?

i bought alfawise x5 mini pc. did not download win updates / did not see external storage 64 gb /. i uninstalled android os. I spent new win 10. Now mini pc is not responding to anything. Reset does not work. What to do? What should I do ? Please help
