Hmm..
I download it.. the preview ( from androidfiles - did md5 check )
It installed just fine on Core I5 from HP ( tpm was not active )

So, I don't see what the fuzz is all about

I'm still wondering.. how do you side load apk files?

From a quick look about (google) looks like its a WIP, it will happen just no overnight

Hmm..
Looks like Its the way you install it..that matters
I used winpe..then used the flash setup files to drive method..reboot and pc starts install procces ( thats the oem way )
This seems to bypass any hardware requirements check ( see LTT video on YouTube )
even got it activated..
If you use iso or usb boot drive method..it says "doesn't meet requirements" on the same i5
