I have made dual boot menu off, so that I can't choose dual menu anymore. How to enable it again?

Did you have the option to boot between Android and Windows? If so A.) How did you turn it off to begin with, and B.) Can you provide the forum a Bios dump?

Perhaps you may try to run the C:\WinToAnd.exe file and enable the dual boot menu again?
