Steam In-Home-Streaming

Ever since I got the Pipo X7 I've been using it to stream games, with the help of Steam, from my PC to my TV in the living room while using a Xbox 360 controller to play. So far I'have tested Fifa 2014, Dragon age Inquisition and FarCry 4 all working ok, with minimum lag, while I had Windows 8.1 with Bing installed on the box and without heat modding. Now, after heat modding (temperature 10C less than before) but with Windows 10 installed I have the worst lag possible, no matter how low I set the in-game settings, and the games stutter for 1 second every 1-2 min making the games nerve wrecking to play. Any of you guys experiencing problems or have you tried using Steam In-Home-Streaming ?

I tried it when I had windows 8.1 bing. Unfortunately my network Wi-Fi speed is under all critic and gave me lagspikes making it impossible to fully enjoy it. I think I'll try it again now with windows 10 to compare since I also upgraded my router and some other units.
