Is it good enough for the Full-HD Skype video chat

I'm just wondering if Pipo X7 would handle video chat in 1080p using Logitech C920 webcam on Skype?
With support of H.264 this webcam offloads video compression/encoding but Skype software might degrade resolution to 720p assuming that Pipo X7 does not have enough CPU power.
