My Pipo X7S served me loayally for many months as a HTPC running Windows 10. Mostly Netflix in Full HD, all smooth.
Now, it has suddenly started to be rather capricious when I am trying to power it on. Most times, I have to press the power button for a long time before the LED turns on and the Pipo boots. It started with something like maybe 10 seconds, but now I figure it is often more like a minute, and sometimes it takes several attempts.
Once the Pipo is running, all seems normal though.
Any idea what this could be? I was figuring maybe the CMOS battery has reached its end of life. Could that be it? If so, does someone have instructions how to change it? I think I read it is soldered in.
