Stupid me I used some utility to optimize the device and now the device is stuck on the gray animated ANDROID logo. This happened months ago and I don't remember exactly what I did. Basically I would like to reset to factory settings if possible. I tried the reset button and it doesn't seem to help. I believe this is the original MK808 inside without Bluetooth. Thanks for the help.
