Android cs918 media player question

my question is why when i install APK File for Arabic iptv on this box Android cs918 the app is installed i can open it
however
When i press the ok button it wont let me see the channel list of the different stations.
does this box not do this
there is no button for guide on the remote control or nothing i can do to scroll the channel list or is this bot not compatible with apk file for iptv please help
