deleting apps on MXQ Pro

Can anyone point me in the right direction on where to find out how to delete app on the MXQ Pro?

What Apps do you want to uninstall???
Normally you must go to Settings/Apps/there u can select the App and then uninstall it.
If it is a SystemApp u must have Root & a SystemApp Uninstaller or Rootexplorer to delete.

Things like twitter and a few that I installed but don't want. I am afraid that I am filling the new box up with junk. I'll look under the settings /apps and see what I can find.Thanks
