Bricked ACEMAX MXQ S905

ACEMAX MXQ S905 question.

This new box directly from Acemax won't restore with an SD card it just keeps repeating the process. So I tried to use the USB burning tool with an img file Acemax sent me but neither computer will connect to the box.
I installed the worldcup drivers successfully but it doesn't help. Can anyone help?
