hdcp key does not exist on Xnano X5

Hi,

i bricked my xnano x5 with firmware experiments (yeah all my fault)... well, got it back at work but its saying "hdcp key does not exist" .. then the picture goes away.
i got a hdcp bin file from beelink but that one isnt working with the box..(cant be flashed with error 17).

since the hdcp master key is out.. anyone got an idea how to handle my problem?
I'm able to do UART connection also.
