    What!

So today I tried to go into recovery on my mx2, I have done this many times before. I have attempted this 20 times, its as if the recovery has been wiped, is my only option to use adb ? if so do I need a usb to usb cable? I haven't got that particular cable.

Download Arctools https://mega.co.nz/#!zNpiSTZB!DIy4BR...aHVlfLfglAWA8I and select (OMA / CrewRKTablets) CWM Recovery 6.0.3.1 for Android 4.4.2 KitKat on RK tablets (loader Gen2) in packages. Download and install, reboot. You must select the Oma package for full CWM compatibility.

Note sure what version of the Android you are using but this app has a flavor for them all.

    remember you must be rooted!

I did try that all seems to go well but reboot to recovery option doesn't work. It reboots stays on a blank screen for a minute or so then boots as normal, same pressing reset button.Think I'm on 4.2.x, root seems to work with the grant screen popping up for root apps.
