i am am a noob so I may be completely wrong however yes are many sticks that have the same architecture. However, I think you may need to try to identify the actually main board model number first. You may brick the unit if you try to use any of the linked roms in this sub.

Thanks for the advise,in the end they gave me the info i needed and i had to use a recovery app from the store to boot into recovery mode and flash from there.
I flashed a ROM from their site and also lost recovery. Flashed from ADB over WiFi to restore recovery. To be fair it is the best ROM I have used and the only way they can make sure the boxes run smoothly and honour warranties. But yes it's def not imito mx2 so where is mx2 smart tv box forum.
