what programme to backup all my apps and data on mx2 stick? best way

i want to update my jelly bean software to the new one but i dont want to lose my apps/data
is there a good app to back them up and easily restore them

Try it with HOLO Backup it is Open Source.

If you get Problems with ADB then Install Moborobo.
This Install the Drivers for you.

One stop app would be ROM Toolbox Pro by Jrummy16 on Google play store. Check it bro. Amazing and has an explorer etc etc etc
