Video file is not playing smoothly on MX1

When i download a movie directly on my MX1 the video doesn't play smoothly. I have tried different videoplayers and video settings but nothing works. Because the video is not fluent its quit annoying to watch a movie. I have the same problem with youtube and other video apps. Anyone knows how to solve this problem ?

What ROM you have installed?

Try the rom I suggested, works absolutely great for me, it's rooted as well, just install super user from play store.
