I have CX-919 and win 8 + usb 3.0 port laptop. Laptop do not recognize CX-919. But USB 2.0 no problem in win 7 laptop. Please help, driver for USB 3.0 port.
I had to change something in my BIOS settings. USB3.0 Configuration in Pre-OS was set to <Enabled>. Setting this to <Auto> did the trick for me.
Maybe there is something similar for your laptop.
