      Reboot apk by petrus, not in play, in this forum use search, and write petrus reboot, or search in petrus msg

          To install, I downloaded the right file for me, put it on my Neo X5 by changing USB mode from MTP to (hmm) USB host?

          Then connected it via USB OTG cable to my PC. Copied the file and un-mounted.

          Booted up CWM (pressing the recover button with a pin while powering on)

          Did a factory reset, note, this did not touch the internal sd-card

          Then chose install zip from file, chose the zip that I've saved to the sd-card

          Done!

            Thanks for this. ... With my pc broke I was wondering if there was a way to put cwm on my x5 and flash a custom rom. I am now a happy bunny... worked flawlessly.

              I have the same problem with extSd not mounting. Can anyone walk me through the installation using CWM if I can't mount extSD.
              Many thanks

                Use your internal sdcard, copy the zip file there.

                  Thanks
                  installation worked a treat and only took a couple of minutes, all my apps were still there, didn't expect that
                  I installed the 720 airpin version but am getting messages that I am running an unauthorised version of airpin and to purchase it. The previous rom I had worked fine with no message

                    Your apps are there because yoou didn format /data in mount and storage, I suggest format cache and dalvick cache in advanced, if you have problems, then you must format data too.

                      Thanks but tried all you suggested and still airpin says I have unauthorised version even after deleting airpin and restoring app from Titanium.

                          AirPin Service Running After Install of 1080P w/AirPin Disabled?

                          I know some of our users have CWM recovery and would like to flash latest roms using this great tool, rather than booting to Windows and using the RKtool.

                          So, thanks to leolas great tutorial (http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...ke-a-look-here) I made CWM flashable zip files from this rom :

                          Finless 1.2b for Neo X5 (http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...ustom-ROM-1-2b)

                          His rom can be flashed with 4 configurations :

                          * 720p & airpin disabled
                          * 720p & airpin enabled
                          * 1080p & airpin disabled
                          * 1080p & airpin enabled

                          What will you do with it?
                          - Download the one you want to use
                          - Put it on your SD card
                          - If you have CWM installed, simply reboot to recovery, either with my "Reboot App" or with the specific way of your device to boot to recovery
                          - If you don't have CWM installed, find a way to install it first (I'll make an android app soon), then go to the previous step
                          - Once into CWM recovery, make a backup first (backup and restore > backup to external sdcard)
                          - Then choose "install zip from sdcard"
                          - Then "install zip from external sdcard"
                          - Then select the rom you want to flash
                          - Then "Reboot system now"

                          720p & airpin disabled
                          720p & airpin enabled
                          1080p & airpin disabled
                          1080p & airpin enabled
                          Hello and thanks for this. I downloaded and installed the 1080p w/out air. It installed great and works fine so far. But maybe I am confused... Should I not be seeing the AirPin service running on this ROM? If so, then something is off because I am seeing it running. Please forgive any newbie misunderstandings. Thanks

                              Why is my CWM install being over-written?

                              Hello and thanks very much for this ROM packaging. Very easy to install!

                              However, before I installed, I had an up-to-date version of CWM installed on my Neo X5. After installation, I discovered that CWM had been over-written with an older version. I have recovered but have to wonder why this is so? Since the package assumes the presence of a CWM install in the first place, why should it fiddle with the install that is there? I could see the value in this IF the CWM installed was out of date (maybe). I am certainly no expert. But it did confuse me.

                              Cheers!
