MK808B Tweaking 1080P playback for XBMC currently 24 fps

I would like to push my fps just a little bit more for 1080P playback.
On average tested across XBMC Gotham latest SPMC Gotham and Beyond XBMC my average is 24 fps.
Previous posts mention achieving 30 plus fps, how do I get this?
My current set up is Prajister rom 1.2 Shomari's 409J kernel, my frequency with setcpu is 1416 MHz on demand.
