Hi! I bought a mini tv android but could not find a driver for win7. therefore impossible to root or anything to do with him. Can someone to help?

Never seen this before.

thank @neomode! driver is maybe good but RKBatchTool not see the device. What is the second link I do not know Chinese?

First you must bring your Device in Flash Mode. Means you press the rest Button Hold it and Plug in the Micro USB Cable from your Pc to the OTG Port.
Than you can Flash it.
The Second Firmware is also for RK30 with MTK Chipset in that case the First one did not Work.

Try to install a reboot app on your Device to Boot in Boot Loader Mode.

Ok got you. I will provide you with a link for the ADB Driver and the ADB Program later then you can get your Device to Bootloader.
Also you have normally 2 Micro USB Ports did you try both?

I tried both the micro USB port.
I tried it and more applications for reboot but says (this app not function without root permision)

Here are the ADB USB Driver and the ADB Programm you will need.
Now how to use it.

1.: Connect the USB Cable to the OTG Port.
2.: Power Up your Stick
3.: Go to Settings -> Developer Options -> Activate USB Debugging
4.: Now your PC should detect a new Device
5.: Install the ADB USB Driver by Hand
6.: After this extract the adb to a directory and open an Command Prompt there
7.: Now type:

su
adb reboot bootloader


Now you can Flash your Device.

I finally installed the ADB driver. I had a problem because the device was not checked by connect to a PC. now this part ok but do not know how to open a command window in the directory where is ADB? If the directory application you sent me I click on the adb cmd just appear and disappear that part I do not understand the best.
