I got a Dual Core CortexA9 RK3066 Android Mini PC that worked at first.
But after testing it at a friends house (worked there) it doesnt work when I got home.
It seem completely dead...
I tested three different cables and chargers, no difference.
The issue is clear. Your friend changed it and gave you a not working one when you were not looking.
Jejejeje.
Maybe you have to reflash it, nand corruption is something that sometimes happened
