I might give this a serious chance if it weren't for the default cursor being change. I don't mind something different from stock but when you change the overall shape and make it look a bit... techno/matrixy, you're not going to suit everyone's taste. It's kinda a pain in the ass to change too.

USB2Ethernet adapter which works in Finless 1.7 (mk808b) flawlessly won't work here in 2.2.3...
I moved to 2.2.3 because of the stuttering problem in Finless 1.7

I'm starting to hate this mk808b device, or, in other words, I'm to old for this shit!

I have 2.2.3 installed with the 720p BT kernel on my MK808 and I am only connecting to WiFi at 5Mbps. As soon as I connect it says 65 then 36 then 5 all in about 3-5 seconds.

EDIT: Never mind ... I just found one of my ANT solder points was bad. Looks like I knocked it loose in transportation.

I am running the Same Spotopolis and mine is connecting at 9.8Mbps on Wifi - I think the built in receiver isn't very good as well as VERY fragile antennae connections(I have broken a few off). I get 30Mbps on my laptop. When I connect via ethernet I get 15mbps, but 30Mbps on my laptop. I did notice that sometimes when I turn it on I have to disable then enable ethernet for it to recognize the signal.

I don't have the "B" model but did you try toggling the ethernet on and off in settings? Worked for me

I should get better than that. I have 2 extrenal antennas that got 36mbps on finless 1.7c. I just broke the solder off the ant connection. Im sure if I soulder it back at home I'll be fine.

                            MK802 III

Does it work on MK802 III? Love your ROM, with my MK802 III (mk808 rom) everything except wifi work (Does it HW differ?)... I will try new 2.2.3 MK808 and Neo X5 if wifi work with one of these. - Will report back if i get any luck running smoothly with all features.
                            Update fot MK802 III:
                            2.2.2 MK808 - wifi doesn't work
                            2.2.3 MK808 - works better than 2.2.2 (still wifi doesn't work)
                            2.2.3 MK808 1080p - black screen
                            2.2.3 X5 1080p - bootloop
(next versions tryout soon, MK802 III is identical to original UG802 - at least finless roms for UG worked flawlessly - reasson for MK802 III - rikomagic is the only company that has legit certificates printed on device, so it can be resold in EU)

Well - so far the only real glitch I have found pertinent to my use is that the ethernet is not always recognized at start up. Every few times I turn it on I have to disable and re-enable the ethernet. A very minor problem so I am not worried about it. Otherwise it runs great - the 720p is awesome, great stability and speed.
