I have two of these older sticks stored away, and would like to "rebirth" them for an older couple to use as catch up tv devices for Australian tv services.
Looking through this forum, I see many roms etc, but wondered if any that can be put on mine, can get higher than 4.1 or 4.2 versions of android?
I have tried the catch up apps hare on these older versions, but the stations don't support these older versions of android.
Are these roms able to put on more later versions of android, or do I need to buy them a cheap stand alone android box with say android 7 /8 or something?
