ANOTHER CLONE! UG802_9 or UG80x? Stock ROM now available

OK so today FreakTab user Krauser Kahn PM'ed me with yet another board layout.

What the hell is this?

I updated his picture with text to show what is what.

So we have another board out there now!

FOR SURE... DO NOT FLASH any ROM to this until we have a dump or a official ROM.

Hi!

I have another one of these units. The only rom that wifi is currently working is:

But I don't have any dump of the original ROM.

Main problems are:
- Wifi not working
- USB not working as "Connect to PC"

The only solution to reflash another rom is shortcutting ping 6-7.

I have this clone (it is the same board) and Finless 1.7 works fine for me.
Oddly, two other people have the same model (we bought it from the same seller) and have USB and WiFi issues.

I checked Adripillo's and e3skudo's UG802 along with one from another user and they're all the same boards. Adripillo's and the other user's wifi works but e3skudo's and mine doesn't. Everyone of us with Finless 1.7.

today i've received one of these...
i don't know if i could do something to help you
so i won't update the rom

it has the following chips:
RK3066
Hynix H27UBG8T2ATR (4Gb NAND Flash)
4 Hynix H5TQ2G83CFR-H9C (1Gb DDR3 SDRAM)
wifi RTL8188EUS (with and internal antenna who has broken the path in the middle)

I wish had taken the time to figure out how to back it up before flashing it at 2am last night... . The rom it came with wasn't as bad as the only one that works...

Anyone have anymore details on this device?

Mine has a sticker on it thats reads ug802... The packaging was completely unbranded and just said android mini pc. It was $45 on amazon.

ug809 is probably a better description.

Ok. I'm also trying some things and I will try to get a stock rom. Also I'm trying to combine some files, but I'm not a rom hacker :c

Another thing from the rom above, it's that I can't mount system.img, I don't know why.

It's because it is not a real EXT4 system. try EXT3.

The stock rom that came on my device was not entirely bad, I only went looking for roms for better flash player. It was stable and ran xbmc fine.

The Rom you downloaded is complete garbage, very unstable, but everything works. Too bad it's the only one I can find that 100% works.

The other rom would have been a better starting point for a build, too bad I don't have a dump to share..

Well, that rom it's not exactly the stock rom that the android pc had when we bought. It was at 4.1.1.

I'm reading that rkdump don't work with rk3066.

I've find this thread, it's the correct utility to dump? the dd method how it's executed, because I don't find exactly how should be executed the command.
