[ROM Download] Official Android 4.4 KitKat Firmware For RK3188T TV BOX and TV Sticks
This radxa release for KitKat is a beta and is still a work in progress. Tom has said he is still polishing. Playing with Radxa myself, once Radxa Kitkat final is released will drop a link for you all here. For Radxa specs and what is supported in firmware http://wiki.radxa.com/Rock. Back to work for me on Omegamoon's 3.0.101.

Welcome cappybob
We are playing with the new rom now and it is a fair advance on the beta we have had for the last four months. So lots to learn.
Measy U4B (=Tronsmart T428) used by my kids!
Onda v975m - M802 - Bought from Banggood.com
Pipo M8HD 3G - RK3188 - don't buy from pipo-store
Tronsmart S89 Vega -S802 (sponsored by Geekbuying)
CX921b -RK3188T (sponsored by AndroidTV)
Cube U30GT2 - RK3188 (part sponsored by Geekbuying)
RKM MK902 - RK3188 (sponsored by RKM)
old kernels will not perform on the 'official', I have built brand new kernels but Audio is not working. ALSA detects and shows all the options, no errors, but no sound. I'll keep working when I get chance.

Anyone tested this new KitKat rom released yesterday, is it better than the Geekbuying one or the same?
KitKat_T010_AP6210_public_20140403, Geekbuying one was released 20140331.
Edit: It has bootloader v2.13 and most Google apps, busybox and Broadcom AP6210 wifi.
If only someone knew how to communicate with all these people that upload new roms to Baidu it would make it so much easier to get the correct and newer roms for all our different devices.
Here is a new rom for Mediatek MT7601 and MT6622 Bluetooth but can't get it to boot on RK3188 TV Box.
Maybe with the correct boot & kernel.img it will work. It's JB and not KitKat by the way. I'm working on getting MT7601 wifi working on KitKat roms. Don't know about the other MT5931 wifi. http://pan.baidu.com/s/1GOJoE UGOOS_TRV3_NoATx8_RK3188_J27601_IT66121FN_RK1000_A CT8846_v4.2.2_20140315
Is this a UGOOS device, can't find any info about it?
Here is also new rom for EKB311B but version 2.25 or v3.0, don't know since it's Chinese.
It doesn't boot on my EKB311B v2.0 TV Box, maybe with a different boot or kernel.img it might work, if anyone is willing to try.

It´s not the same. It has bootloader 2.13 and its a bigger rom.
