Hi guys I have one these boxes worked fine, so my sister asked me to get her one, so it has come today, and it stuck in a boot loop, any help please, I've emailed the seller, but he is from China, and no reply yet, so was wondering if there was anything I could do, thanks

Hi buddy, I have the exact same box as you - gxt_rk918 v1.10 - it won't boot, just power light on constantly. Hope you get sorted cause I think I could do whatever you do
