RKAndroid Tool don't recognize, but rockchip batch tool does
i have something strange with my device, when i searched the internet for rom for my mk809III(3188) i found some tut's that works with Rockchip Batch tool and some work with RKAndroid Tool, when i tried to flash the device with RKAndroid Tool it never found the device, but when i tried to flash with rockchip batch it recognize it every time

i tried to delete the drivers and install them manually from the rom(neomod) but didn't helped(and even with the drivers that came with RKAndroid Tool the rockchip batch recognized the device)
any suggestion?
is there any way to change the rom to fit rockchip batch tool? (one .img file)
