Android Smart TV Box won't startup

Hi,
I bought Android 4.4 Smart TV Box Quad Core 2G/16G (from ****).
The device won't startup.
It's stuck in google bolls circling (logo).
I try to push the recovery button when startup but its not responding.
I try to plug my pc but with no luck
any advice ?

O.k it should be a Andoer CS918 Android 4.4 TV Box.
You must reflash the Firmware. Let me check for a Firmware for you.

Why the recovery button not responding?

On Rockchip when you press Recovery Button and hold it and also Power Up the Box you are in Flash Mode.
There is not really a Recovery.

OK but it didn't do anything.
I press Recovery Button and hold it and also Power Up the Box but nothing happend

I just finished to install all add-on in KODI(XBMC)
The device worked 3 Hours before crashing

Did you use a Micro USB Cable and Connect to PC?
Also, you installed the Driver for Rockchip?

The driver installation worked fine, but still when I connect the device
it can't find the driver and I can't find Unknown device in the device manager.

Also when I plug the device it response only when I press Recovery Button and hold it and also Power Up .
If I don't press the recovery button and just turn on the device.
my pc didn't reacted (WIN7).

Your PC will only regonized the Device when you enable the USB Connection in Settings.
