CS918T wont start

i bought the device on **** a while ago. its a 2GB RAM and 16GB internal.
anyway starting few days ago i cant turn it on, all i get is the red led from the power button.
nothing helps - power button, remote, reset button, mouse, keyboard - nothing.

any advices?

i hope i can help you!

1. Put the AC Cable out and put it again in the Box ....
2. The led of the box is off.....
3. Hold and press the recovery button under the Box and put the USB cable in the Box ....dont forget ...hold and press it and then the cable and wait 5 seconds..
4. The Box must turn on ...blue led light is constatly on and the PC find your device!...
5. Open RK Batch Tool ....the device is connected and showed green in the programm...
6. Load your stock Firmware and then press restore...
7. Wait for done flashing and put the usb cable out....

Done ..... Wait for the First Start !!!

All your data will deleted with that method...!

Hi jamal! and thank you for the respond.
i did the steps you asked me to, but something isn't working as you wrote.
when i take the AC cable out and in again, the device is automatically turns on and the led turns red instead of not turning at all.

so i tried to do it with the red led on and it didnt worked.i tried to turn it off after i plug the AC and it still wont work.

any further ideas?

btw
does it matter if im using a microUSB or a USB cable for the process?
