I have purchased Q7 CS918 Quad Core Android 4.4 Smart TV Box from Local Market.
By Chance Plug In 12 Volt Adopter Insist of 5. Now Device Stack at Red Light forever.
It is possible to repair any suggestion or idea

I would say that it is unlikely as the 12v adapter will logically have killed it.

You could try installing a firmware and see if the flash tool will see the box.
