Hi People Boxtv 3188 fans and Moderaters Neo & Riscy Dude
I need help to know if My Rikomagic Mk902- RK3188- 2/16GB March2014 - One of the few boxes that have a camera for Skype & WhatsUpwork, great at last month, then start not reconize the wireless mouse,or Appears and disappears the pointer. in 3 second time lap. Make the use mutch boring. and some time reboot auto. Also for a long period , i can't use the Lan (wired) internet -only let me use wifi internet - ( in settings i click the bar to ON Network Lan, and the Box retired the mark and turn OFF.
The Mouse intermitent work turn impossible the use of Box. I allready make 3-4 times a Factory reset - and the Mk902 stay in the same problems. It not was rooted and i'm not a expert to do it without advices or guide procedding phases. If exist some windows program that do it, with some automatism, using my win7-PC, maybe i can do it.
Any ideas what i do??
