It is as though the device does not exist.the comp does not respond. No exclamation,nothing in device manager,no reaction from the comp. can u suggest how and which ports to connect? Maybe I need to start from basics.which cables and how?
Ok also I have the J22. It is the same Device I think.
You have 2 Micro USB Ports. One is for power the Device second one is called OTG Port and is for connection to Computer and Flashing.
First check both Ports what happens when connected to pc.
I connected it many ways
> Connected power port to USB - No Power to the device no reaction
> Connected OTG to USB - No Power to the device no reaction
> Connected Power port to one USB and OTG to another USB- Device powers up but no reaction
> Connected Power port to Mains power and OTG to another USB - Device powers up but no reaction
I have done all of this without connecting HDMI port to TV. just the device , cable and Laptop
