Just found my old Tronsmart T428 in my closet, have the Finless 1.5 build installed but wifi doesn't work, probably a kernel issue. Was wondering if anyone knew what the latest ROM or firmware I can install on this.

Good questiom mate. seems that no one is still playing with that device. Im looking for a good rom to use it with pioneer app radio in my car but finless 1.8 i was using before is good for big screens (everything is to little on 7inch radio screen
Finless 2.0 works very well. Just installed it with 1.8 mhz overclocked kernel... it gave a new life to that stick. However I use it as an in car entertiment only so music from youtube, poweramp etc.. didnt try games.Last edited by energy_drink; 03-03-2017, 11:15. -
My stick has the same hardware as this T428. Also on Finless 2.0. It's old and slow due to hardware restrictions but very stable. The kernel I'm using is from another thread on this forum.Comment
