i think my box is knackered everything i try play in mashup it wont let me or watch anything else i always get errors at the mo its only good for browsing net lol ive tried a few roms but none have xbmc>mash built in

Perhaps the best route is to uninstall whatever XBMC you have and then re install Beyond XBMC Beta 4 (found here on this very forum) and then manually reinstall Mash Up. Before resorting to flashing roms.
We can only recommend roms based on knowing which kind of wifi chip your board used (MTK or AP6210). Do you know which you have?
