    CS968 v1 x TV LG 42'(42LG80FD)? (flickering)

    Friends.

    I'm practically giving up updating the firmware of my CS968 - JESURUN (HTC-T018-V1 - 20130816 - AP6210 - CAM: 2MP).

With CR11S_cloudnetgo_ap6210_1080p_20131019_update and CS968-Geass-V1 firmware, works fully on my TV LG 42'(42LG80FD)! 1080p from the start with no problem with the image (screen).

But, when I upgrade to any other version, my TV LG 42'(42LG80FD), seems incompatible!

The image flickers. In recent current firmware in the Android Home screen KitKat the image (screen) is perfect, but (for example), when I use the browser (Internet), image (screen) present flickering.

I exchanged several HDMI cables and the problem persists.

The current firmware in my Monitor / TV LG M237WA (23 '), works perfectly.

But on my TV LG 42'(42LG80FD), not!

Can I take any item of firmware CR11S_cloudnetgo_ap6210_1080p_20131019_update, to eliminate the problem of flicker quoted?

    Grateful for the attention.

Note: Friends, JDfense, Tech1, TVDroid and leolas. You know that very firmwares, could help me?

My friend, we have a cheapo device with the weak Model T inside. So I can't say that I found a ROM without any issues.

Drop outs or others video problems are regular for this device. I would try in your case the ROMs from cloudnetgo. They are not very fast, but stable in my experience.

    Try this site again.

      JDfense.
I tried all options (http://www.cloudnetgo.com/CR11S5M.htm) without success.
Interesting that the only firmware working 100%, is what you pointed out to me some time ago.
      Remember?:

            Hi, eduaveoso and JDfense.
My LG TV 42 '(42LG80FD), has no way to update the firmware.
If so, I believe that only in the technical assistance.
I did not find firmware for the TV LG 42 '(42LG80FD).
            Tks.

Note: With the firmware 'CR11S_cloudnetgo_ap6210_1080p_20131019_update', the TV starts already at 1080p. With other firmwares 1080p, the TV starts with 720p and presents the problem of flicker.

            EDITING:
I do not understand anything about the kernels fimware.
I read something about it (kernel 1080p).
Can not I use the kernel 1080p version of the firmware: CR11S_cloudnetgo_ap6210_1080p_20131019_update, in the new firmwares (KitKat)?
            If so, how do?
            Thank you.

                Friends. Please.
Can I copy the video setting, the firmware CR11S_cloudnetgo_ap6210_1080p_20131019_update, to enjoy it in another firmware?
What is the name of file (or image), what contains the video configuration (size, resolution, etc)?
                Grateful for the attention.

You can use from the same android kernel version in different Roms for the cs968, but sometimes you will get some hardware not working or you will run into bootloops or stuck non booting.
But with some luck and experience you could find a good combination.
The resolution depends on kernel an should be supported in the booting, I think.
I do not recommend this long search, you can brick your device several times, sometimes not easy to revive your Box.
There are so much rom versions out for your cs968.
Search the best for your needs.
By the way is your TV Firmware up to date. Don't miss that point.

                    Tks JD.

The problem appears when I put any newer firmware with KitKat. Only works 720x480p-60. In 1920x1080p-60 or 1280x720p-60, the screen flickering.
